Anyone driving along Drève Richelle Waterloo, Brussels on September 21st could not help but notice the huge banner strung along the school fencing,  which told the world that the school was celebrating Founders’ Day.   The banner was emblazoned with a picture of Marie Madeleine d’Houët, Foundress of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus.    It was  the FCJ sisters who founded St John’s International School over 40 years ago and fittingly the school holds its Founders’ Day on Marie Madeleine’s birthday, September 21st.
