New Spirituality Centre opens in Tarija, Bolivia
The Province of the Americas has established a Spirituality Centre in Tarija. The programme for 2007 has been launched, and some school retreats have already been facilitated. There is a high level of interest in the Centre whose organizing team comprises FCJs, a Dominican sister and others.
Sr. Anne Morrison fcJ was recently in Cochabamba with two young men who are part of the new team; they were attending a meeting organized to form a network of spirituality centres in Bolivia. The meeting gave all the participants great hope for the future.
In April/May 2007, Jane Galvin will travel to Tarija for three to four weeks to work with the team on programmes, especially on topics of Ignatian spirituality.
