in preparation for future life and ministy

Formation in the Society at all times must be seen as a lifelong process of integration into the apostolic body of the Society.		At any given time in the recent history of the Society, certain Sisters have the opportunity for various forms of sabbatical, study and renewal in preparation for their future life and ministry.

... formation must have as its aim the continuing renewal of the apostolic body of the Society which should provide for the integrated development of all the members. Personal, spiritual, intellectual and apostolic renewal should enable the sisters to respond to the demands of evangelization as members of a Society on mission.
