The Federation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Canada organized a Zoom event for National Catholic Sisters Week entitled „From Yes to Amen.“ The event took place on Sunday, March 8th, which also coincided with International Women’s Day.
Sisters Audrey, fcJ and Michelle, fcJ were invited to be panellists, along with a few other Sisters with Canadian connections (unfortunately, Audrey had to bow out at the last minute). The Sisters were all newer members to their respective congregations and were invited to share on some of the challenges that they faced in transitioning into Religious Life. Inevitably, all the panellists agreed that the challenges were only stepping stones towards the ultimate joy that God has called them to in Religious Life.
