18 October 2025. Much of the day was taken up with presentations from each of the Areas of the FCJ Society: the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. This offered an invaluable opportunity for the capitulars to gain a good insight of the lived reality in each part of the Society.
Sisters from each Area had time to present their experience of life on mission and in community in their part of the Society. They shared the challenges they faced, the supports they had, and the kinds of concerns they had for their Areas.
Learning of the many ways in which each Area was a gift to the whole group, filled those present with gratitude. It was both deeply moving and inspiring to listen, as sisters shared their hopes for the future.
The capitulars spent the latter part of the day in personal prayer, preparing for the work of the coming days.
