Sr Agnes fcJ gives workshops on nonviolent communication around Indonesia, particularly to Catholic Church groups such as parishes, seminaries and formation communities. She writes of her experience.
Since starting in January 2024, these outreach activities—including Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops, retreats, meditations, spiritual direction, and courses—have served a wide range of participants. We have reached religious sisters, seminarians, pastors, and priests from various institutions, including schools, universities, congregations, and dioceses. To date, the ministry has reached approximately 4,800 participants both online and in person across Indonesia, including Flores, Bali, Borneo, and Sumatra. I have been truly blessed to encounter so many new people and to witness their openness and humility as we journey together toward peace and compassion.
Additionally, I was very fortunate to attend the first International Intensive Training by the Center for Nonviolent Communication in Vietnam, 24 October – 2 November 2025. It was wonderful to meet so many people committed to living out NVC and to deepen my own knowledge as demand for NVC workshops continues to increase.
Thank you so much for your constant support and prayers. Please continue to keep this ministry in your prayers.
