Closing Retreat of the „Spiritual Buddy“ Course

From March 2-4, 2026, fourteen pastors gathered at Civita Youth Camp, Jakarta, for the closing retreat of the „Spiritual Buddy“ course (June 2024 – March 2026). This time, they dived into the theme „Temptations in the Scriptures“ using a unique method called „Five Steps of Inner Work through Symbolization.“

Looking back, everyone really cherished the two-year journey. It wasn’t just about picking up new skills for spiritual accompaniment; it was a deep personal journey too. After two years of spiritual direction and three retreats, the participants felt a real shift in their emotional and spiritual lives. It’s been such a meaningful and blessed experience for everyone involved!

Spreading Peace and Gratitude through Meditation

On March 10, 2026, I had the wonderful opportunity to facilitate a meditation session for 76 members of the Yogyakarta Elderly Charismatic Group at Rumah Pojok (Corner House), Yogyakarta. The session was designed to help participants cultivate a sense of sincerity, inner peace, and a heart full of gratitude. It was truly moving to witness their incredible spirit and enthusiasm as they continue to embrace a life filled with peace and joy.

International NVC „Train the Trainer“ Workshop in Malaysia

I had the opportunity to attend the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) „Train the Trainer“ workshop at Wise Sanctuary, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, from April 2–5, 2026. This international course, organized by the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), brought together 20 participants, most of whom are candidates of certified facilitators. Led by facilitators Ms. Olga Nguyen, Ms. Boon Ling Choy, and Ms. Mika Maniwa, it was a profound learning experience. I am truly grateful for the chance to upgrade my NVC skills and reconnect with fellow NVC practitioners, further strengthening our bond of friendship.
