Dear FCJ Christian Life Centre Friends,
With Thanksgiving approaching, we hold you and your loved ones in prayer, trusting that God’s abundant peace, joy, hope and love will be with you in this season and always.
At this time of gratitude, we especially want to thank YOU – our donors, benefactors, volunteers, Board of Consultants, staff, and all who have taken part in our programs or supported the FCJ Centre in so many ways. Your prayers, presence and generosity are our true blessings, and we are deeply grateful for each of you.
This past month we were reminded again of the strength of community at our Tea Party fundraiser. Your kindness makes it possible for us to continue welcoming all who come seeking rest, renewal, and a deeper connection with God. Together, we can keep our mission alive: to be a Centre of hope and hospitality in our changing world.
In mid-October, we will send a special newsletter with a Tea Party progress report, including the funds raised. Until then, we warmly invite you and your family to join us for one of our upcoming programs and events at fcjcentre.ca/events.
We also pause as September 30 approaches, the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. We join with our Indigenous brothers and sisters, their families, and communities in prayer for healing, and we honour the first caretakers of this land where the FCJ Centre now stands.
Thank you once again for walking with us as we continue our ministry here at the FCJ Centre. We wish you a joyful Thanksgiving, filled with warmth, happiness, and God’s blessings.
