Many of us want to take time apart to rest, replenish and be nourished for life. One day allows more people to come away and enjoy the calm of our Spirituality House. So across the year ahead, we will offer a series of one day retreats for anyone looking for a day apart here.
We gather at 10am with coffee, and across the afternoon we have short reflections with time for walks, restful reflections and prayer. Each day has a seasonal theme, and a light lunch is included.
In October, we reflect on all we have been given, and what we can harvest from the summer. What will we store away to nourish ourselves? How will we be blessed this winter?
