Camino Companions is a project from the FCJ Sisters in Europe based in the Pilgrims Office, the welcome centre for pilgrims of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The project relies on a wide team of volunteers from all over the world. Volunteers include FCJ Sisters, FCJ Companions in Mission and pilgrims the team has met over the years. We intuitively sense that there is more to life than the surface busyness, and we long to access that which provides meaning and purpose to the outward activity. FCJ Sisters in Indonesia, are celebrating twenty years of presence in the Archdiocese of Ende, in the island of Flores. One of the events to mark the anniversary has been a workshop to encourage people to care for the earth, our shared home.
