Congratulations, Ms. Samantha Hedden – a middle school School Social Studies teacher at St. Philomena School, Portsmouth, Rhode Island!
Ms Hedden has been selected as one of fifteen teachers to create resources for the United States Library of Congress and the National History Day project. Over the next several months they will create and test guides that will help students learn about the Library of Congress as a research tool. The collaboration between the National Library and National History Day aims to improve the teaching and learning of history.
